Terms and Conditions
Thomas Whitehead Instrumental Teaching strives to be the best private instrumental teaching service possible. For the service to work, there are certain terms and conditions which students and (if applicable) parents should abide.
At the start of every week, a confirmation text message will be sent to each student/parent confirming a lesson time. I try my best to keep lessons at the same time every week in order to organize my time efficiently. If the lesson is cancelled at the beginning of the week at the time of the message being sent, then no payment is required. However, if the lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson time. Payment must be made in full. This also applies to monthly payments. Extreme circumstances are of course taken into consideration.

As a teacher, I want the very best for my students. For them to succeed, practice must be completed between lessons in order to progress. Practice should be at a minimum of 15 minutes per day, this allows progress to be made very quickly and for students to excel in their instrument. The more you practice, the quicker you will progress.
3. Payment
Thomas Whitehead Instrumental Teaching is a cashless service so bank transfer is the main source of payment.
